Marketing Technology Officer

SUMMARYSupports centralized marketing activities and strategies.
Part of a small, dynamic team responsible for marketing technology platforms and the resulting data to be leveraged across Marketing and WesBanco as a whole.
Serves as a power user on the marketing technology platforms, using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Pinpoint Marketing and future technology to assist with education, advocacy, and best practices.
Works closely with Corporate Marketing staff and assists to develop, implement and track customer centric marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement.
Assists in the coordination and execution of ad-hoc marketing requests as defined by manager.

Within the marketing department, there will be a variety of marketing activities/projects to work on, with a fast pace set by business priorities, market activity and demands from internal business partners and service partners.

Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of individuals and/or teams; demonstrate a high level of energy, strong sense of urgency and high quality work standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESBecomes a power user of each marketing technology platform (current and future).
Promotes proper usage of marketing technology platforms within Marketing and lines of business across WesBanco.
Supports employee requests via the CRM Help Desk.
Develops working knowledge of system layout and information available within the various marketing platforms.
Understands how to import and extract data from each platform to support daily usage and marketing campaigns.
Sets up and maintains systems and processes to deliver operational and workflow efficiencies.
Ensures effective cross-functional collaboration with sales and service.
Develops and maintains relationship with Data & Analytics team to ensure Marketing data needs are met.
Validates data for accuracy within transferred and received files.
Coordinates the transfer and receipt of data files for direct mail, email, lead lists.
Understands and meets necessary levels of data privacy within all shared data files and reports to maintain compliance and pass internal audit and regulatory reviews.
Standardizes reporting templates using Excel, BIC, Pinpoint and other Marketing Technology platforms and tools.
Implements consistent data visualizations using Excel, BIC, Pinpoint and other Marketing Technology platforms and tools.
Connects Marketing metrics to business outcomes.
Performs a basic data audit to ensure meeting Marketing requirements.
Compiles data points to provide reporting which will enable Marketing managers to make decisions faster through the use of data.
Creates and maintains reports that allows Marketing and various lines of business access to key insights to Marketing campaigns and CRM analytics (referrals, pipelines, events).
Assists with developing and maintaining data files to support Marketing dashboards and KPIs.
Assists and leads training initiatives for Marketing technology platforms.
Assists in the execution of centralized marketing activities.
Assists in the coordination and execution of ad-hoc marketing requests as defined by manager.
OTHER REQUIREMENTSBanking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing.
You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.
Strong skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel including formulas, functions, pivot tables, and formatting.
Familiarity with the following systems and processes is a plus:
CRM, Marketing Automation, SAP Business Intelligence Center, SAP Business Objects, Qlik, Google Analytics.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
