District Manager -Wheeling, WV
Woda Management and Real Estate a development, construction, and management company based in the Midwest, is seeking a District Property Manager to manage a portfolio in our Wheeling, WV region.
Our organization specializes in affordable housing programs with particular concentration in the LIHTC program. The portfolio will include rural, suburban and urban properties. The ideal candidate would possess the following:
5 to 7 years of experience working in affordable housing programs to include LIHTC, Section 8, Rural Development 515, and HOME.
Ability to recruit and supervise successful management teams in a growing portfolio.
Proven track record for successful lease ups of new communities.
Proven track record for maintaining high occupancy and collection rates as well as working within budgetary restrictions.
Experience with the rehabilitation and lease up of Rural Development and/or HUD communities.
A 4 year college degree.
