The Woda Group, a real estate management, development and construction company based in the Midwest is seeking a Property Manager to manage Providence Greene a 50 unit family property located in Wheeling, WV.
This position is full-time with the opportunity for future career growth. Our organization specializes in affordable housing programs with particular concentration in the LIHTC program.
The ideal candidate would possess the following:
o Experience working in affordable housing programs to include LIHTC.
o Proven track record for maintaining high occupancy and collection rates as well as working within budgetary restrictions.
o Proven ability to maintain compliance with affordable housing programs.
o Experience marketing apartments and maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction
