What do we do? We work OnSite at customer's locations, provide break/fix services, migrate data, install computers, move printers, install servers, install VOIP systems, setup and install AV equipment and even POS systems. The Opportunity: ONSITE I.T. FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN
You will be providing service to multiple customers each day. We offer full certification programs in Dell, NCR, LG, HP, IBM, Lenovo, Apple, Sony, Samsung, Toshiba, and many other manufacturer makes and models.
Our Field Services division provides residential and commercial PC, Laptop, Printer, and TV repair services on manufacturer (OEM) products. The products are still under manufacturer warranty or are covered with an extended warranty. Our Field Service Technicians have an opportunity to set their own schedule, be based in your home area, and enjoy the benefit of being out in the field providing excellent customer service versus sitting at a desk in an office environment.
We will provide training and certifications on specific manufacturer products (computers and printers) at no cost to you. Some of our certifications that we provide are Dell, IBM, HP, Sony, Lexmark, Apple and others. Once you have completed our online training and certification program, you can start taking calls for F2O.
We pay on a Per Call basis (weekly by direct deposit) depending on miles traveled. Most of our service calls last less than 45 minutes, and are near your home zip code.
We also work on Point of Sale (POS) systems, LCDs, Printers, Servers, and most anything and everything that requires an onsite technician. Our team completes thousands of calls each week, from data migration to computer installations, from installing a phone system to moving servers.our project teams are consistently serving our customers across the United States.
About You: Qualifications
Do you enjoy working on technology hardware? Computers? POS Systems? Printers?
Can you take apart a laptop and rebuild it? Have you ever rebuilt computers from scratch?
Are you an entry level individual who just needs a place to start or an experienced technician?
Do you have reliable transportation where you can travel to and from service calls with ease?
Can you pass a criminal and drug test, without any problem?
Do you LOVE technology, and most importantly, can you Treat our Customers the way You would Want to be Treated?
Do you have reliable transportation, a cell phone, internet connection, and a desire to add additional certifications to your resume?
Can you pass a background test and drug screen is required?
Are you available to start training as soon as possible?
