Requirements:
Creating and executing plans for food/drink sales, profit and staff development.
Recruiting, training and motivating staff.
Checking stock levels and ordering supplies.
Preparing cash drawers and providing petty cash as required.
Helping in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate.
Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment while delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
Minimum two years previous management experience in a full service restaurant environment.
Safe Food Handling Certification.
A proven record of developing and training a team.
The ability to create sales opportunities within the restaurant.
A strong understanding of restaurant controls.
A demonstrated commitment to guest service and delivering quality food and beverages.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
